ARTIGIANI ships worldwide. All orders abroad are shipped via DHL Express, In Israel small items are shipped via Israel Post Office and big items by Alex transportations.
Shipping takes approximately 72 hours (business days), but some orders take longer due to our handmade process.

Shipping via Israel post will arrive door to door in approximately 72 hours (business days) only in all the following cities, if your city is not shown in the list below the package will arrive at your nearest post office and you will get a message from the office that your package is waiting for you at the post office. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
It is important to us that you will be happy with your products. We accept returns and exchanges within the first 14 days from when you receive your order. The item must be returned in perfect, unused condition in its original packaging, by registered mail only. Exchanges and Refunds will be issued minus shipping charges, fees, handling fees, and customs, after we have received the package back in perfect condition. We take responsibility for all repair of our products excluding fracture, scratches, and loss. If you bought an item in our shop or web shop that needs repair, please contact us by phone or e-mail. The repair is free of charge; the costs of shipment are not included.
Note that our repair work is done to very high standards and if the item is repaired elsewhere, we no longer offer the warranty. Please let us know if your item needs repair before you send it back to us.
Please mail (registered mail only) the item back to us for repair. Once the product is received, repair takes up to 45 business days.

What do we do with your information?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. We share this information with DHL for shipping purposes. DHL is an internationally recognized, secure shipping method that we are confident in working with.
When you browse our online store, we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. We also track website usage such as click rates. Collecting this information also helps us to verify online user security.
With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates for email marketing purposes. We aim to benefit you with these emails. If you wish, you are able to opt out of ARTIGIANI emails at any point. Simply click the “unsubscribe from this list” link at the bottom of any email.
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

Our online store is hosted on WooCommerce / WordPress Inc. They provide us with an e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through WooCommerce / WordPress data storage, databases and the overall WooCommerce / WordPress application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall. WooCommerce / WordPress is Level 1 PCI DSS Compliant
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then WooCommerce stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and our service providers.

HOW CAN WE MAINTAIN OUR ARTIGIANI PRODUCTS ?
Do not use cleaning products such as bleach, detergents, or assorted oil and grease removers. To clean the surface of the piece, you should use a lightly damp cloth.
